Life-sized Low Poly Kangaroos

In March 2023 Artforms WA was commissioned to design and fabricate three play sculptures for the new Calsita Bike Skills Track in the City of Kwinana.
The Council was seeking life-sized 3D sculptures with which the children could interact.
They were to be geometric in design, robust, durable, and low maintenance.
At Artforms WA we researched the best methodology for designing and fabricating the kangaroos in their different stances.
The kangaroos were fabricated from 5 mm corten steel.
They were delivered and installed by Artforms WA.
Artforms is able to design and fabricate any animal in this way.
At least five other small local businesses were collaborated with in the creation of these sculptures.
