We worked through the design process using 3D software. We adjusted the poses of the kangaroos to our requirements. From this point we created cutting files which were used to cut the individual pieces of metal plate.
The sections were cut from 5 mm corten sheet.
Each piece was identified and numbered.
These were folded and manipulated to the correct angles.
Body parts were joined together.
Until the whole kangaroos were formed.
All welds and surfaces were neatly finished to remove any weld splatter or sharp edges.
The kangaroos were mounted on their footings in our workshop.
We then delivered and installed the kangaroos on site.
