Kinetic Frogs

Artforms designed a series of three, 3 – 4 metre high, native water rushes. Sitting at the top of each was to be a different endangered local frog. The top section of the rushes was to be wind-activated and rotate like a weather vane. The rotation, height and colour would make the artworks playful, interactive, educational, visible, engaging and attractive.

The artworks were to be fabricated from bright, boldly-coloured, layered, anodised aluminium.
