Granite Raindrops

Indigenous Design

Situated to the fore of The Cockburn Aquatic and Recreation Centre, these granite water drops were designed with Indigenous artist, Peter Farmer Jnr.

Blue Pearl Granite

Made from solid blue pearl granite, we used 3D design software to create images of the drops and the added decorative features.

We sourced the stone and arranged for the stone to be cut, shaped, polished and delivered. We then installed them on site. The raindrops stand on a blue pearl granite plinth, representing water and range in height from 30 to 90 cm.
